Smart Release Technology
Revize Micro Gel
Advanced microsphere delivery system available in 0.025% and 0.04% strengths. Designed to deliver potent results with significantly reduced irritation.
Microsphere Delivery
Unlike standard gels that hit the skin all at once, “Micro” technology releases Tretinoin slowly over time. This dramatically reduces redness and peeling.
Oil Control & Matte Finish
The gel formulation helps regulate excessive sebum (oil) production, making it the superior choice for oily or acne-prone skin types.
Acne & Texture
Clears pores to treat blackheads and whiteheads while simultaneously smoothing rough skin texture and fine lines.
Which strength is right for you?
0.025% Strength
The Starter
The ideal starting point. Perfect if you are new to retinoids, have sensitive skin, or simply want to improve general skin texture with minimal irritation.
0.04% Strength
The Step-Up
A unique mid-strength (stronger than 0.025% but gentler than 0.05% cream). Ideal for stubborn acne or users who have tolerated 0.025% well and need more potency.
CRITICAL: Pregnancy Warning
DO NOT USE Revize Micro if you are pregnant, trying to become pregnant, or breastfeeding. Tretinoin is teratogenic (can cause birth defects).
Important Precautions
- Sun Protection: You must use SPF 30+ daily. Tretinoin increases sun sensitivity.
- No Waxing: Do not wax treated areas. The skin is fragile and may tear.
- Drug Interactions: Tell your doctor if you use tetracycline antibiotics (e.g., Doxycycline), as combining them with Tretinoin can increase photosensitivity and side effects.
Application Routine
Night Only
Apply once daily in the evening. Sunlight degrades the active ingredient.
Dry Completely
Wash with a mild cleanser. Wait 20-30 minutes for skin to be totally dry. Even with the Micro formula, applying to damp skin can cause irritation.
Pea-Sized Amount
Use a pea-sized amount for the whole face. Gently spread a thin layer. Avoid eyes, mouth corners, and nose creases.
Frequently Asked Questions
What is the difference between Micro Gel and Regular Cream?
+
The Micro Gel uses microsphere technology to release the medication slowly, making it less irritating than standard formulations. It is also water-based and dries matte, making it superior for oily/acne-prone skin compared to the oil-based Cream.
What is the “Purge”?
+
When you first start, acne may appear worse before it gets better as the gel brings underlying impurities to the surface. This is normal and temporary. Do not stop treatment; it usually subsides within a few weeks.
Will I peel?
+
While the Micro formula reduces irritation, some mild dryness and peeling are still common side effects in the first few weeks as your skin adjusts (retinization). Use a good moisturizer to manage this.
