Processing Time

Customs & Packaging

Lost or Delayed Packages
International shipping can occasionally face unexpected delays due to customs clearance or carrier congestion. We track every single shipment closely.
Non-Delivery Resolution Policy
In the rare event that a package is not delivered, we require a minimum waiting period of 30 days from the date of shipment before taking action.
This 30-day window allows sufficient time for customs to release packages or for the carrier to resolve routing errors. If your package has not arrived after 30 days:

- ✓ We will immediately offer a Free Reshipment or a Full Refund based on your preference.
