If for any reason your order is lost in transit or fails to arrive, you are eligible for a Free Reshipment or a Full Refund.

Eligibility for Refunds & Reshipments

We aim to make your experience seamless. You are entitled to request a reshipment or a refund under the following conditions:

  • The order was not delivered to the shipping address provided.
  • The products were received in a damaged or unusable condition.

Cancellation Policy

Please note that a refund will not be issued if you attempt to cancel the order after it has already been shipped. Once the package has left our facility, the sale is considered final unless the delivery fails.

Processing Timeframes

Once a refund is approved and issued by our team, the funds typically take 7-10 business days to appear in your bank account, depending on your financial institution’s processing speed.

Late or Missing Refunds:
If 10 business days have passed and you have not received your funds, please contact your bank first. There is often some processing time before a refund is officially posted. If you have done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us immediately.
